• Advise and support clients through the application, maintenance, and renewal of small business certifications, including 8(a), SDVOSB, and HUBZone. • Provide hands-on support for structuring and managing Joint Ventures (JVs), including SBA-compliant agreements and documentation. • Support Mentor-Protégé Program (MPP) applications and ongoing program compliance. • Guide clients on certification strategy, eligibility, and positioning within the federal marketplace. • Manage certification lifecycles, including annual reviews, updates, and recertifications. • Manage SAM profiles. • Support SBA reporting requirements, audits, and compliance reviews. • Review and advise on documentation related to ownership, control, affiliation, and eligibility. • Stay current on SBA regulations, program updates, and policy changes. • Work directly with clients in an advisory capacity, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timeliness across all efforts.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience supporting SBA small business certifications, including 8(a), SDVOSB, and HUBZone.
- Strong working knowledge of SBA regulations, including eligibility, affiliation rules, and program requirements.
- Direct experience with Joint Ventures and Mentor-Protégé Programs, including structuring and compliance.
- Experience supporting SBA audits, reporting, and annual review processes.
- Background in government contracting (prime or subcontractor environment).
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.

You will be a leader in the Occupancy Planning and account team, modelling superior client relationship management and strategic thinking. What your day-to-day will look like: - Respond to rapidly changing business needs with flexibility and commitment to solve for new requirements/scope. - Create and develop business programming, restack programs, allocation plans, adjacency diagrams, test fits, migration plans and move sequencing for planning projects. - Use creative and analytical thinking to generate multiple solution options for complex occupancy problems, such as M&A, rapid growth, consolidations, or economic disrupters - Aggregate and analyze data from multiple sources - Utilizing a CAFM/IWMS database, manage allocations and maintaining data accuracy. - Coordination with Space Data Insights Team Required Qualifications: - A bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field is preferred. - 5 to 7 years work experience in occupancy or space planning at a strategic level; interior office planning; or move/project management in a corporate real estate setting as a vendor or end user. - Proficient in AutoCAD for test fit option development. Intermediate to advanced proficiency preferred. - Proficient in CAFM/IWMS database (i.e. FMS, Manhattan, Tririga, Archibus, or similar). Overview This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States. The Compliance Manager will play a key role in the administration and ongoing enhancement of the Firm’s Compliance Program across its Broker-Dealer and Registered Investment Adviser programs. This team maintains AWS cloud environments, supports a DevSecOps platform, and deploys applications for the Small Application Support team.
