Mental Health Therapist – Adult Teletherapy

• The therapist in this position will be responsible for conducting remote mental health therapy to working adults. • All direct therapy will be delivered via a virtual platform; therefore the candidate must be comfortable and knowledgeable of teleconferencing applications such as Zoom/Google Meet/WebEx. • Therapist should have previous experience working with adults that present with symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and stress. • Documentation of client goals, treatment progress, and assessments is expected for reporting and measurement of progress at the conclusion of each therapy session. • The candidate will be provided with a NLT email address and calendar which is to be monitored daily for appointments and communications from NLT staff and clients.
Job Requirements
- Active clinical license i.e. LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC
- A minimum of 3 years of experience (post internship) providing direct therapy to adults
- Available for a minimum of 10 hours per week (evenings and weekends acceptable)
- Experience and comfort utilizing Measurement Based Care, administering online assessments, and maintaining thorough SOAP notes via an online platform
- Comfortable working in a fast-growth environment and be able to manage multiple assignments/clients
