Sales/Business Development Manager
Global Quantum Intelligence, LLC
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets while growing the customer base. • Consistently achieve revenue goals and objectives. • Identify and connect with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other proven sales strategies. • Generate new business opportunities via cold outreach, networking, and participation in trade shows and industry events. • Foster and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their requirements and offering customized solutions. • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the features and advantages of the Quantum AI Workspace Manager. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful sales materials and campaigns. • Stay informed about industry developments and competitor offerings to strategically position our solutions. • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. • Additionally, promote and sell Quantum Strides solutions, including TRIRIGA, Maximo, AWS hosting, and Gen AI solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in selling SaaS-based solutions, with a preference for expertise in the workspace and facilities management sector.
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with one or more software solutions, such as TRIRIGA, Maximo, Plan On, Yardi, Manhattan, Trimble, Nuvolo, or iOffice.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
- Prior experience in selling software, services, and data to customers in the UAE and India.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
