• Identify new business opportunities by researching industry trends, market conditions, and competitor analysis • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders • Develop and present business proposals and solutions to clients, addressing their needs and objectives • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring the achievement of sales targets • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential risks and opportunities • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and progress • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development or sales, with a strong track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive business growth
- Experience in negotiating and closing deals
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
