Junior Account Manager
Project Time & Cost, LLC
• Daily client activities, including requests and timely follow-up on all outstanding matters. • Contract analysis and supervision of all functions relative to cash receipts and disbursements. • Assist is the preparation of meeting packages and attend client meetings regarding financial projections, investments, contracts, insurance analysis, and other matters as directed by management. • Monitor credit card activity, fraud alerts, credit score issues, insurance renewals and claims. • Assist with home and vehicle purchases. • Supervise and delegate to assistants. • Coordinate and interact with the tax department relative to due dates, supporting documentation, etc.
Job Requirements
- Must have professional Business Management and/or Accounting Firm experience.
- Ability to work with high profile/high net worth individuals/clients and top-level management and executives.
- Excellent computer (Microsoft Office Programs) and typing skills in a setting with many interruptions is a necessity.
- Must have strong knowledge and experience using QuickBooks accounting software.
- Must be able to communicate effectively (written and verbal).
