• Receive inbound calls from Merchants, answering questions while driving issues to resolution • Provide excellent service to Merchants using great verbal and written communication skills • Help clients figure out the best solution to their issues

• This position handles customer inbound and outbound calls, primarily with client’s post-sale, but also general company questions for internal and external customers. • This individual will also schedule customer service calls and other customer service activities as needed. • This position is required to review completed service tickets from the field for quality assurance. • As a Service Administrator, you will answer and resolve any questions or issues in a professional, expeditious manner while maintaining a positive, courteous approach to internal and external customers. • Provides excellent customer service during all inbound and outbound phone calls while maintaining effective relationships with peers, multiple internal/external customers and senior leaders. • Schedule service customers with local technicians, as needed. • Review completed service tickets for quality assurance in region. • Act as a liaison and corporate contact for Company installation and service teams at the local office in your region. • Be enthusiastic, adaptable, and patient as well as highly detail-oriented and data-efficient. • Be flexible to perform any task deemed necessary to support department and/or company-wide initiatives. • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Talk with customers, agents and clients by phone and/or web to answer insurance related questions regarding the customer’s account. • Follow-up will be needed to ensure accuracy of information, timely response and outstanding customer issues. • Assist customers with problem resolution to ensure all insurance requirements are met and verifies and enters correct information into the computer using company guidelines. • Process policies and related document to ensure accurate and efficient flow through the appropriate processing system. • Provide assistance to other departments when workload dictates. • Consistently achieve departmental standards of productivity and accuracy. • Maintain the security and confidentiality of the facility, computer system, programs, customer and client information. • Complete additional duties as assigned.

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers • Obtain the release of vehicles from body shops and other locations • Contact body shops for vehicle pick-up information • Interact with vehicle owners and insurance companies • Answer and place high volume calls professionally • Focus on first call resolution and file quality • Perform other remote tasks as assigned

• Technical Call Center, running a rebuild for the network. • Open and close tickets - make sure ticket info is correct, open it and start the process and close them out at the end of the day. • Use internal ticketing system. • Ensure all devices that were online at the beginning are online at the end, if not they need to troubleshoot. • Ability to look at 4-5 tools and check what on and offline. • Excel is needed for tracking and updating. • Heavy email communication and chat.

• Begins to develop relationships; attend meetings and may contribute • Work with senior team members to prepare and send the request for proposals to applicable insurance carriers and spreadsheets results as they come in • Begin to participate in reviewing proposals and carrier source documents for accuracy under the direction of the Account Executive or Advisor • Creates and maintains client files in accordance with office procedures • May be responsible for keeping client policy records in the agency management system • Assists in some billing questions from clients and insurance company personnel with assistance from Accounting Dept. when necessary
