Data Analyst
Novakid Inc
• Work closely with marketing teams to support them with accurate, reliable, and timely data insights • Develop a monitoring system to track signal streams sent to advertising platforms • Improve visitor data quality by increasing user match rates and cleaning up irrelevant data • Research and implement ad creative measurement and reporting • Identify and test approaches to evaluate brand awareness investments • Develop and maintain dashboards, perform ad-hoc analyses and deliver actionable insights to marketing team • Ensure high quality of data collection and contribute to technical decisions that improve data pipelines and reporting systems
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst (preferably in a B2C or fast-growing company)
- Excellent SQL skills with hands-on experience in relational and columnar databases (we use Google BigQuery)
- Experience in building data models and data marts
- Experience with BI tools (Metabase, Tableau, PowerBI — we primarily use Metabase)
- Strong analytical mindset and good understanding of statistical methods
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, from design to statistical evaluation
- Knowledge of Python for data analysis (pandas, numpy, etc.)
- Good presentation and communication skills to explain findings clearly
- Solid English skills for business communication (B1+)
- Preferably: Relevant degree (Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics)
- Experience with dbt and/or data engineering concepts
