• Be the analytical backbone of the Marketplaces Tribe, transforming raw data into insights that drive profitable growth across Shapermint, Truekind, and The Spa Dr on Amazon US, Canada, UK, and Australia. • Develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, and automate reporting to enable faster, smarter decision-making for product, marketing, and supply chain teams. • Extract and analyze Amazon data from Seller Central, APIs, Helium10, DataDive, and Brand Analytics. • Track core performance KPIs including TACOS, CVR, CTR, BSR, refunds, and ratings correlation. • Conduct competitor benchmarking to identify pricing, promotional, and assortment opportunities. • Support forecasting and demand planning by leveraging historical trends and category insights. • Provide strategic recommendations on product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies. • Propose AI-powered insights, process automation, and profitability diagnostics. • Optimize SEO and product discoverability using Amazon algorithms, Rufus AI, and keyword tools. • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau and Google Sheets for cross-team insights. • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and supply chain teams to align strategies with data. • Ensure data quality and integrity through validation, troubleshooting, and regular checks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the ecommerce industry and Amazon marketplace.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, including knowledge of Amazon Advertising, A+ Content, Amazon Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance reports, Helium10, DataDive.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience analyzing TACOS, BSR, refund rate, product rating, CVR, CTR, and organic vs. paid mix.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience with automation or AI tools is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Knowledge of apparel and beauty industry trends and consumer behaviors is a plus.
