• Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner • Providing accurate information about our products and services to customers • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
