HubSpot
• You respond to customer inquiries professionally via chat and help resolve issues quickly and efficiently. • You are responsible for regular follow-ups on open cases and ensure our solutions meet customer expectations. • You document internal support processes and create and update help articles and support documentation. • You coordinate with other departments such as Engineering or Product Management to resolve complex inquiries and relay customer feedback. • You contribute ideas to improve our support processes and increase the team’s efficiency.
Job Requirements
- You have a strong sense for our customers’ needs and work in a solution-oriented manner.
- You communicate confidently and courteously in German—both written and spoken. English and additional languages are a plus.
- You have experience with helpdesk tools or similar software such as Intercom, Jira, Stripe, or Postmark — and, of course, Memberspot — and are willing to learn new systems.
- You keep track of multiple inquiries at once and prioritize your tasks effectively and efficiently.
- You enjoy working in a dynamic, collaborative environment and actively contribute.
