Solutions Architect

• Serve as the technical lead during the sales cycle, partnering with Account Executives, Channel Partners, and Customer Success to design and present SysTrack solutions aligned to customer objectives. • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments, business challenges, and success criteria. • Deliver product demonstrations, architecture reviews, and proof of value engagements tailored to enterprise customer use cases. • Design scalable, secure solution architectures that align with customer infrastructure, security, and compliance requirements. • Support pilots and evaluations, including configuration guidance, troubleshooting, and performance validation. • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, engaging with stakeholders across IT operations, digital workplace, security, and executive leadership. • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to provide feedback on customer requirements, competitive insights, and market trends. • Support enablement of partners and internal teams through technical training, documentation, and best practice guidance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or technical consulting role within enterprise software or SaaS environments.
  • Strong understanding of endpoint technologies, Windows environments, virtual desktops, application performance, and enterprise IT architectures.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non technical audiences.
  • Experience engaging at multiple levels of an organization, including senior IT leadership.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, customer facing environment.
