• Formulating and executing a new business and expansion sales strategy within your assigned territory • Identifying, qualifying, and managing sales opportunities within complex enterprises • Building strong, multi-threaded account relationships with CXO, VP level contacts resulting in new business acquisition and expansion growth • Working closely with our partner and channel teams to generate opportunities and maximize deal sizes • Managing the entire sales cycle while collaborating internally with cross functional teams which include Sales Development Representatives, Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Partner/Channel, Legal, and Finance

Role Description We are seeking a driven and technically skilled DevOps Engineer with strong Microsoft Azure experience to support, troubleshoot, and improve cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, automation, monitoring, and operational reliability across production environments. This role is highly operational and troubleshooting focused, requiring someone who is comfortable diagnosing production issues, responding to alerts and outages, managing escalated support tickets, and serving as a key escalation point for infrastructure and application support. The ideal candidate enjoys problem solving, identifying root causes, stabilizing environments, and partnering cross functionally to resolve complex operational issues quickly and effectively. This position operates within Agile/Scrum environments while balancing real time operational support priorities. • Support pre sales and post sales technical activities for customers and partners, collaborating closely with global Sales, Channel, and Customer Success teams. • Participate in technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments, requirements, and success criteria. • Deliver technical demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and architecture discussions aligned to customer use cases. • Assist with proof of value engagements, pilots, and deployments, including configuration support and troubleshooting. • Provide ongoing technical guidance to customers during onboarding and early adoption phases. • Partner with Engineering and Product teams to relay customer feedback, identify technical gaps, and support continuous product improvement. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and internal knowledge assets. • Support partner and internal enablement through technical training and solution education.
