Job Requirements
- We are looking for a seasoned Solutions Architect to split time between developing Technical Solutions for proposed technical business capture and direct mission support.
- At GCI, we solve the hard problems. As a Solutions Architect/Systems Engineer, a typical day will include the following duties:
- Evaluation of information, explain technical literature, descriptions, and specifications.
- Provide recommendations regarding telecommunications systems, communicating requirements through technical and non-technical third parties.
- Conducts research and analytical studies on a variety of technical issues; coordinates and expedites reports; develops procedures; formulates recommendations and prepares reports.
- Act as a consultant to technical operations pertaining to telecommunications systems, particularly regarding identification of system data security vulnerabilities.
- Meet with other technical experts on behalf of or in conjunction with Customer representatives for the purpose of explaining the operation of complex systems. Job may require some limited travel to meet with such experts and familiarity with Customer practices in conducting such meetings.
- Corporately, generate recommendations for technical solutions in the form of briefings, reports, and other major documents provided to senior level client personnel.
- A candidate must be a US Citizen and requires an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
