As a Production Quality Coordinator within PNC's Dealer Floor Plan Quality Control organization, you will be based remotely anywhere in the U.S Production Quality Coordinator will be responsible for supporting two teams, the Funding/Processing team as well as the Maintenance and Servicing team. Ideal candidate will be flexible, have strong attention to detail, and must be able to take initiative. This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. Job Description - Utilizing standard procedures, conducts quality review and analysis of the work performed by staff supporting a specific line of business or functional area. Identifies issues requiring correction and facilitates correction. - Reviews standard transactions and related documents and verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures. - Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete the transaction and/or work process. - Supports the identification of systemic issues and escalates appropriately. - Supports the identification of continuous improvement opportunities.
