By analyzing challenges on the production floor and implementing improvement measures, this role contributes to stable production, on-time delivery, and achieving maximum output. Key Responsibilities - Monitor production line performance and adjust line balance as needed - Analyze KPIs such as cycle time, throughput, and utilization; propose improvement actions - Manage lot flow and set priorities based on production plans (e.g., Lot Priority) - Respond quickly to abnormalities and perform troubleshooting and recovery - Collaborate with DX and OMT teams to implement automation and efficiency initiatives - Participate in FabPace improvement activities Required Skills - Manufacturing Operations Knowledge: Semiconductor process flow, line management, cycle time optimization - Data Analysis Skills: KPI analysis using Excel and SQL - Problem-Solving Ability: Root cause analysis and quick response during abnormal events - Communication Skills: Effective collaboration with operators and DX teams - Basic IT Skills: MES operation, report creation, and use of standard tools - Knowledge of MAS - English Proficiency: Daily conversational level or above - Japanese Proficiency: Business level or above (equivalent to JLPT N2) About Micron Technology, Inc.
