• Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across various channels (content marketing, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, SEO, etc.) to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention • Work closely with the product, design, and engineering teams to ensure a cohesive and effective growth strategy • Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize and improve future efforts • Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement • Collaborate with the content and community teams to create compelling, shareable content that resonates with our target audience • Test and iterate on different messaging, targeting, and creative approaches to drive growth and improve user experience • Continuously optimize our website and landing pages for conversion, SEO, and user engagement
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role, preferably within the tech industry or a developer-focused company
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful growth marketing campaigns across various channels
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing strategies and decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools
- Familiarity with developer communities and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the developer ecosystem
- A self-starter mentality and a strong desire to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact
