Client Executive

Nonstop Administration & Insurance Services

• Successfully renew contracts for all assigned channel clients • Cultivate and nurture positive relationships between our clients and brokers • Educate our client base (brokers and clients) on the Nonstop Health product • Demonstrate expertise with both fully-insured and self-funded plan designs • Review renewal and marketing (RFP) results and produce client-facing presentations (analytical comparisons) • Maintain renewal project workflow by successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners (internally and externally) • Retain and cultivate a profitable book of business by owning the renewal process • Provide timely updates to brokers and clients regarding upcoming initiatives, deadlines, topics of interest, and contracts/renewal packages • Provide support and guidance on a variety of healthcare requirements and regulations • Work with sales executives, implementation, and leadership to support the development of growth strategies

Job Requirements

  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in medical benefits/health insurance, account management, or broker relationship management
  • Licensed with the DOI to sell Accident and Health & Life Group Health Insurance required
  • Experience developing strong broker and client partnerships
  • Demonstrates adaptability and composure in a frequently changing environment
  • Must have an analytical mindset with impressive attention to detail
  • Advanced problem-resolution skills and communication abilities
  • Ability to work on a team, independently, and collaborate remotely
  • Experience effectively collaborating with various teams and individuals at every level of an organization
  • Excellent presentation, listening skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and an exceptional commitment to great customer service
  • Experience working with Google Suite
  • Experience working with a Macbook
  • Must be able to work independently and remotely in a quiet, distraction-free workspace
  • Reliable high-speed internet is required
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Strong communication skills—verbal and written
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
