Marketing Coordinator

• Implement marketing campaigns. This includes promotional activities and materials, advertising, emails, SMS and online advertising campaigns. • Analyze website analytics and manage social media platforms’. • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. • Write blog posts, social media posts and other marketing campaign content. • Develop and present unique ideas for marketing campaigns. • Conducting research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior and preparing reports by collecting, summarizing and analyzing data. • Supporting the Marketing Director in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing and assembling sales forecasts, updating calendars and organizing and planning promotional presentations. • Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to their team while providing instructions for promotion or use. • Interaction with customers and vendors. • Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed. • Continually seeking and researching new sources of prospective customers while providing recommendations to marketing and sales leadership. • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Ecom Sales and/or Marketing.
- Experience in working with contractors and vendors.
- Ability to work across multiple projects effectively, with autonomy and flexibility.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Sense of urgency and accountability in day-to-day work.
- Experience with shooting, tactical, hunting or law enforcement and work experience with these preferred.
- Experience working with creative tools like Canva and Photoshop are a plus!
