Google Workspace System Administrator, MDM – Endpoint Management
New Era Technology
• Manage the complete Google Workspace ecosystem, including mail routing policies, email gateways, identity management, and troubleshooting complex mail flow issues. • Leverage knowledge of GCP to support cloud-based applications. • Utilize GAM (Google Apps Manager) and scripting languages (PowerShell, Shell, Python) to automate routine administrative tasks, reporting, and IT operations. • Provide in-depth engineering support for Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS, including patching, image management, hardware repair, and core network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). • Manage endpoint protection (Antivirus/EDR), enforce disk encryption (BitLocker, File Vault), and ensure rapid security patching across the fleet. • Assist in deploying, configuring, and ensuring compliance across company devices using MDM/UEM tools.
