Dans un contexte d’expansion du parc clients et de lancement de projets stratégiques, nous les accompagnons sur le recrutement d'un profil commercial expérimenté pour porter leurs nouvelles offres et accélérer leur développement commercial. Ce poste s’adresse à un(e) chasseur(se) de comptes, autonome, capable de s’appuyer sur un réseau existant pour ouvrir des portes rapidement, sans dépendre d’un management quotidien. Le poste est à pourvoir de préférence sur Paris / IDF, afin d’être pleinement intégré au réseau et aux événements du secteur. Vos missions En tant que Business Developer Senior, vous serez le moteur de la croissance de Pyramid sur les marchés restauration collective et médico-social. Vous serez en charge de : - Développer de nouveaux comptes sur les marchés de la restauration collective et du médico-social (prospection, qualification, négociation, closing). - Construire et piloter votre pipeline en totale autonomie, avec un objectif de conquête et de croissance. - Activer et entretenir votre réseau de prescripteurs et décideurs en Île-de-France (événements, clubs métiers, acteurs clés du secteur). - Mener des cycles de vente complexes (logiciel/SaaS, interlocuteurs multiples, appels d’offres). - Réaliser des démonstrations produit en autonomie et assurer un suivi rigoureux via le CRM. - Faire remonter les retours marchés et contribuer à la stratégie commerciale et au positionnement produit (roadmap, offres, argumentaires). Votre profil - Bac+3 minimum en commerce ou gestion - 5 ans d’expérience minimum en développement commercial B2B, idéalement dans le logiciel / SaaS ou les services aux collectivités. - Autonomie totale sur la gestion du cycle commercial : prospection → closing (cycle de vente long ou complexe) - Solide maîtrise des outils CRM et d’Office. - Une connaissance du secteur restauration collective et/ou médico-social est un atout Les plus du poste - Un poste stratégique, avec un impact direct sur la croissance et la structuration d’un marché à fort impact sociétal. - Une entreprise tech à taille humaine où le commercial senior est co-constructeur, pas exécutant. - Une vraie proximité avec la direction : vos retours influencent la roadmap produit, les argumentaires, le pricing et le positionnement. - Fixe + primes + véhicule de service

Summary The Director of Health Plan Business Development will drive Curana Health’s Institutional Special Needs Plan (ISNP) growth strategy across priority regions, with a focus on building new partnerships with skilled nursing facilities, post-acute care networks, and senior living operators.This leader understands the ISNP and senior care landscape and can activate existing market relationships while building new ones to support growth. Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Develop and execute a regional ISNP growth strategy centered on skilled nursing and post-acute partnerships, with clear accountability for performance targets. - Build and strengthen relationships with SNF operators, post-acute leaders, and senior living executives to identify win-win opportunities. - Manage the full business development cycle: prospecting, outreach, solution presentations, negotiations, and contract execution. - Partner cross-functionally with marketing and operations to ensure smooth lead generation, contracting, and implementation handoffs. - Assess prospective partner needs and present solutions aligned with Curana Health’s clinical and financial objectives. - Represent Curana Health at industry events to expand brand visibility and support business development efforts. - Maintain accurate CRM documentation to track pipeline development and partnership outcomes. - Provide mentorship and guidance to team members supporting I-SNP partner development. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. - 7+ years of experience in healthcare business development, consulting, or provider/plan strategy; experience in SNFs or post-acute care strongly preferred. - Working knowledge of Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plans (ISNP, CSNP) and post-acute payment models. - Established relationships with senior care operators and decision makers (SNF, senior living, post-acute). - Understanding of skilled nursing operations, post-acute care workflows, and value-based care models. - Proven ability to structure and finalize ISNP partnership agreements. - Strong analytical, financial, and operational reasoning skills, with experience negotiating financial arrangements or partnership incentives. - Skilled communicator and presenter with experience engaging executive-level stakeholders.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/project management tools.
