The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing excellent support to our customers while installing and maintaining diagnostic instrumentation and systems in hospitals and laboratory environments. You'll be the face of Beckman Coulter, supporting our customers to directly impact patient healthcare. This position reports to the Field Technical Service Manager and is part of the UK Field Service team, working remotely within diagnostic pathology laboratories and other NHS and private healthcare facilities, predominately covering the London area. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Complete fault diagnosis, repairs, preventative maintenance, modifications, installations and decommissions of a range of diagnostic medical equipment including Immunoassay, Chemistry and Haematology diagnostic analysers, as well as automated track systems. - Represent Beckman Coulter on site, delivering a professional, customer-focused service and ensuring equipment is maintained to the highest safety and performance standards. - Partner with the customer to not only to resolve technical issues, but maximize the instrument's usage. - Develop and build knowledge to understand the industry, the Company, the products, and the team, supported by a clear personal Development Plan.
