The Implementation Consultant is responsible for the successful implementation and management of multiple concurrent projects, primarily focusing on the deployment of Tee Sheet and Point of Sale (POS) solutions for golf clubs. This role requires working closely with golf course stakeholders—including Golf Professionals, Course Owners, Accounting, Food & Beverage, and General Managers—to deliver high-quality software solutions and ensure customer success. This is a highly visible position that requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive, self-motivated approach. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of golf course operations, tee sheet management, and business processes, with a passion for technology and client success. WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Advise customers on best practices and systems functions for tee sheet, billing, and business performance. - Hands-on project execution, including gathering and analyzing client requirements; determining best practice design of to-be-determined solution, configuring the application to meet the approved design. - Ability and desire to participate in all implementation tasks - project management, kick-off meetings, design, review, implementation, training, status reports, etc. - Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication. - Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously. - Help specify, test, and implement advanced software functionality. - Strong internal communication skills including ability to work with all levels of the organization (development, sales, marketing, operations and within the Customer Service Team). - Responsible for maintaining product knowledge, implementing, and training latest features and functionality of the product at the client site. - Cultivate the client relationship through implementations and all types of training engagements. - Configuration: Configure the application based on implementation assessment. - Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with clients, sales, and coworkers to promote company service vision. - Anticipate and mitigate project risks and issues, confidently address all challenges, and escalate to appropriate parties when necessary. - Willing to travel for onsite training and go lives.
