We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our Website Support team. As the first point of contact for our website clients, you will manage change requests across multiple CMS platforms. This is an ideal role for someone with a solid foundation in web basics who is eager to sharpen their skills in technical troubleshooting, CSS customization, and client relations within a fast-paced environment. Primary Responsibilities - Multichannel Support: Provide professional, empathetic assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat. - CMS Management: Execute website updates within WordPress and Joomla, including content edits, event calendar management, and pop-up configurations, and more. - E-commerce & Marketing: Assist clients with online store product management and the creation/deployment of email marketing newsletters. - Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve client-side issues, utilizing browser inspector tools and basic debugging logic. - Front-End Styling: Implement custom CSS snippets to align website visuals with client branding and requests. - Project Flow: Manage a queue of diverse tasks, ensuring tickets are addressed quickly and professionally. Manager, Accounting

Job Overview: The Accounting Manager must pay close attention to every little aspect of their work. They oversee managing the day-to-day operations of their department, including managing the billing team, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts. Managers of accounting operations must be able to manage several projects at once and give each one the right amount of attention. To do this, they must help when it is needed and make sure that everyone is aware of the company's policies and processes. They also need to make sure that all of their employees are working successfully and efficiently. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: - Oversee daily accounting operations. - Assist with the conversion of accounting records from finance journals. - Take responsibility for general ledger including revenue recognition, expenditure analysis, account reconciliations, accounts payable, cash receipts, and sales & use taxes. - Monitor and analyze accounting data including merchant processing activities. - Set up and monitor accounting KPIs. - Oversee and maintain customer contracts as they relate to accounting. - Approve merchants and complete customer settlements daily for our payment processing product. - Monitor sales & use tax (conduct regular sales tax nexus analysis as it pertains to software and services for each state). - Calculate and process sales commissions. - Preparation of month-end close reports, including management reports and financial statements. - Adhere to proper accounting methods, policies, and principles. - Encourage other employees to adhere to standards. - Assist tax preparers with information for the company’s corporate tax returns. - Facilitate and support annual audits. - Meet financial accounting objectives. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: - 5+ years of experience as an Accounting Manager, Financial operations manager or a similar role. - BS degree in Accounting or Finance. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and excellent computer skills - Excel a must. - Excellent knowledge and experience with accounting software (Quickbooks, Sage Intacct, and Netsuite Experience is a plus). - Familiarity with finance tools (Examples are Concur, Bill.com, Chargebee, Salesforce and other accounting and finance tools). - Have an understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations. - Knowledge of accounting for SaaS based revenue is a plus. - Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success. - Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. - Good time-management skills. - Great interpersonal and communication skills and team player. The Implementation Consultant is responsible for the successful implementation and management of multiple concurrent projects, primarily focusing on the deployment of Tee Sheet and Point of Sale (POS) solutions for golf clubs. This role requires working closely with golf course stakeholders—including Golf Professionals, Course Owners, Accounting, Food & Beverage, and General Managers—to deliver high-quality software solutions and ensure customer success. This is a highly visible position that requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive, self-motivated approach. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of golf course operations, tee sheet management, and business processes, with a passion for technology and client success.
