• Provide Tier 2 support to end users. • Provide troubleshooting and technical support remotely via phone, web based tools and email, as well as onsite visits to customer locations. • Advise customers regarding the product's proper use and address specific user issues. • During problem escalations, act as a liaison between customers and Tier 3 support if necessary.
• Implementation of Data Domain, Avamar, IDPA solutions for clients • Test and validate Dell DPS products with Abtech’s StorTrust DR cloud • Pre/post-sales support for Abtech’s StorTrust DR cloud
• Work remotely with our programming team as an independent contractor on a part-time basis. • Initially, 5 hours a week will be required. • After 3-4 weeks this will increase to 10 hours per week for a successful engagement.
• Outbound cold calling • Prospecting for new clients • Lead generation activities for various IT business units • Possible administrative, marketing and sales support responsibilities
