• Lead sales and business development strategy for Open RAN solutions across Africa. • Build, manage, and convert a strong telecom sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets. • Own the full sales cycle: opportunity qualification, technical coordination, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure. • Expand market share and strengthen regional presence within Africa’s telecom ecosystem. • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), telecom operators, and technology partners. • Collaborate closely with the MEA sales team to ensure regional alignment and coordinated growth strategy. • Support customer field engagements and oversee both new customer acquisition and account expansion. • Partner with technical and customer support teams to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction. • Provide strategic insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements within the African telecom market.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of telecommunications sales experience, preferably in mobile networks or network infrastructure.
  • 3+ years of direct Africa / MEA regional sales experience with established industry relationships.
  • Proven success closing enterprise deals with MNOs and telecom operators.
  • Strong understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G mobile network technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Bsc) or equivalent qualification.
