• Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions to assist students with coursework, assignments, and projects related to computer information systems • Lead small group study sessions to facilitate collaborative learning and problem-solving • Demonstrate a strong understanding of computer information systems concepts, programming languages, software applications, and related subjects • Stay current with course materials and updates students effectively • Create and update tutoring materials such as study guides, practice exercises, and reference documents • Recommend and help develop additional learning resources to support student success • Provide constructive feedback to students on their work to help them improve their understanding and performance • Assist in evaluating students’ progress and adapting tutoring methods as needed • Maintain regular and consistent availability for tutoring sessions • Work with Student Services to schedule and promote tutoring effectively

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications with Dynamics 365; • Work closely with engineers, designers, and other team members to deliver integrated and seamless solutions; • Build and optimize database queries that feed other systems; • Customizing out-of-the box Power Apps to fit the project's needs; • Stay up-to-date with the latest development trends, technologies, and industry best practices.

• This role works with the backbone of our ML and AI services that power engaging user experiences • Working from end-to-end on live production services. Not just rank-tuning or query optimizations, and not theoretical. The work you do will directly impact our customers' day-to-day experiences • Define the best approach to solve NLP and information retrieval problems. Build data pipelines and first-rate search experiences. Test and Validate services. Deploy and monitor solutions for impact • Build scalable web services to orchestrate and surface underlying Search and ML models • Mine usage data to power features and guide development • Participate in the technical planning, user story/technical acceptance creation, and implementation • Plan technical architectures that minimize or eliminate performance problems, complexity, or solution fragility • Work independently and mentor more junior team members • Identify and solve complex problems
