Senior Project Manager, Sponsorship

Enterprise Events Group

• Acting as the primary client liaison, responsible for overseeing all communication with client, sponsor/exhibitor and all third party vendors • Planning, developing and executing sponsorship program • Serving as sponsor manager for a specific program • Developing sponsorship packages on behalf of client, if required • Responsible for fulfillment of all sponsorship needs • Managing invoicing and payment of all sponsorships • Overseeing sponsor program on-site (travel required)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 5+ years of Corporate event management or related sponsor/tradeshow management
  • Expert level understanding of event management scope and ability to lead planning process
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of direct client management
  • Exceptional negotiation and budget management skills
  • Computer skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and similar applications
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of customer service experience preferred
