Job Requirements
- 9–12+ months' experience meeting targets as a BDR or SDR targeting the enterprise market (5,000–30,000 employees) in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience in outbound and/or account-based marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for learning and education
- Preferred but not mandatory: experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong
- Master’s degree in a related field is a bonus

The Candidate: - 0-3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, Business Development, Project Management, or another customer-facing role. - Previous experience with Catalent or other CDMO preferred. - Pharma or Consumer Health industry experience preferred. - Sales/business development experience in the contract pharmaceutical industry preferred. - Strong hunting mentality mandatory. - Demonstrate willingness to learn new methods and partner with other BD team members to learn basics of selling. - Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in CDMO sales. - The ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to meet with clients and attend industry events.
