• As our Solution Deployment Manager, you are part of the Implementation team, which plays a key role in seamlessly onboarding new customers. • You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to understand and document client use cases and requirements, then translate them into setup and configuration of the 360Learning platform. • You will manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle, from sales turnover and kickoff to handover to support. • You will drive project management, define the 360Learning platform architecture for our clients, facilitate integrations (flat files, APIs) and third-party apps, and provide guidance and support to ensure successful platform deployment. • Additionally, you will manage your customer portfolio throughout the contract to increase product adoption and deliver solutions complementary to the product, such as platform audits.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar, preferably customer-facing role (Technical Consultant, Technical Account Manager, Implementation Project Manager, or Pre-sales Consultant)
- Previous deployment experience with SaaS products, ideally HR-related
- Project management skills
- Understanding of and experience working with APIs; SSO configuration and troubleshooting
- Solution-oriented, client-first mindset in all aspects of your work
- Ability to adapt to your audience: comfortable engaging highly technical stakeholders and translating complex concepts into simpler terms for less technical stakeholders
- Organized, structured, analytical, and able to manage priorities across multiple customer implementations
- Native French proficiency and very good English proficiency (B2 level)
