• Own and exceed revenue targets by cultivating new business and expanding Tier 1 accounts in your territory. • Understand the intersection of business, AI-enabled tech, and customer needs—crafting high-impact, personalized solutions. • Build a strategic view of your region, using data and insight to prioritize opportunities and engage decision-makers. • Creatively engage prospects using social selling, networking, and tailored messaging to book meetings with target accounts. • Work closely with Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Solutions teams to shape go-to-market (GTM) plays, proposals, and events. • Maintain up-to-date records and forecasting accuracy through diligent CRM use and sales reporting. • Build and maintain executive-level relationships to drive long-term growth, advocacy, and retention. • Execute sales motions aligned with our platform partnership strategy to unlock joint growth opportunities.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in solution integration (SI) sales, preferably within partner ecosystems (such as Acquia, AWS).
- 3+ years in business development and relationship management.
- 5+ years of experience leading digital transformation or innovation engagements.
- Familiarity with modern delivery models and software development lifecycles.
- Understanding of digital platforms, Go To Market strategies, and partnership dynamics.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and executive presence.
- Self-starter with a results-driven, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
