We are looking for cross-team members, for versatile Full Stack experience. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect/Lead specializing in C#, React and AWS to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-based applications using AWS services, with a primary focus on C# and React development. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and design complex software solutions utilizing C#, React and AWS cloud services. - Evangelize AI-enabled development with Copilot, Claude, Cursor - Build a design-first engineering culture: ideation, validation, iteration - Oversee delivery excellence and cross-functional collaboration - Implement AI/ML models and GenAI use cases into production systems - Coach leads on system architecture, Vibe Coding, and innovation - Lead technical discussions with stakeholders to understand requirements and propose scalable architecture designs. - Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate technical feasibility and business value. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, etc.) to deliver robust solutions aligned with business objectives. - Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Implement best practices for cloud security, monitoring, and performance optimization within AWS environments. - Continuously evaluate and recommend new technologies and methodologies to improve system architecture and development processes. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation, and quality measures in software development. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. - 13–17 years of tech and delivery leadership - Proficient in Python, Java, and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, LangChain) - Hands-on use of design thinking tools (Miro, Figma, etc.) - Demonstrated use of GenAI tools in production workflows - Experience with microservices, DevOps, and container platforms - Proven experience (3+ years) as a Senior Architect or similar role focusing on C# development, React and AWS cloud services. - Strong proficiency in C# programming language and .NET framework. - Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, SQS, SNS, Lambda, S3, RDS, SQL, etc. - Solid understanding of microservices architecture and containerization orchestration platforms (Docker, ) and Single Page Application (SPA)/Micro front-end Architecture. - Expertise in designing and optimizing relational databases. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Octopus, ADO). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. - Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a proven track record of mentoring and guiding development teams. Preferred Qualifications: - AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is a plus. - Experience with other programming languages (e.g., Python, React) is advantageous. - Familiarity with serverless computing and event-driven architectures.
