Key Responsibilities: As a Associate Solution Architect at KBR, you will play a critical role in driving technical strategy and solution development to support business growth across diverse mission areas, including Defense, Intelligence, Civilian Space, and Homeland Security. This position requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and the ability to craft innovative, customer-focused solutions tailored to unique mission requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to: - Lead technical solution development for complex problems across the Mission Technology Solutions portfolio. - Shape customer requirements through early engagement, market research, and identification of competitive discriminators. - Develop proposal content, including technical volumes, whitepapers, and Basis of Estimates (BOEs), and respond to RFIs and market surveys. - Apply advanced methodologies such as Digital Engineering, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), DevSecOps, Agile development, Cloud architectures, and Data Analytics using AI/ML, with a strong emphasis on System of Systems integration. - Strong interpersonal skills working across multi-disciplinary teams to capture and develop new and innovative solutions to a wide range of complex problems. Security clearance requirements vary by position. While some opportunities may require an active Top-Secret clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI due to the nature of the work, others do not. Candidates without clearance are encouraged to apply, as we have roles that do not require this level of access. Clearance eligibility may be considered a differentiator for certain programs. Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
