• Own and develop the IVIX on-premise deployment architecture end to end, driving engineering decisions on how it is built, scaled, and improved over time • Execute complex deployments in client environments, working hands-on with Kubernetes, containerized services, networking, storage, and multi-component infrastructure configurations • Serve as the technical point of contact with clients from pre-onboarding through go-live, leading technical conversations, managing expectations, and handling any technical questions that arise throughout the deployment process • Translate RFP requirements and contractual specifications into structured installation plans, coordinating all moving parts and managing the deployment timeline end to end • Take full ownership of post-deployment technical operations: resolving infrastructure failures, networking and connectivity issues, and containerized service configurations across client environments

• Build trusted, strategic partnerships with state tax teams, gaining deep understanding of their jurisdictional structures and operational models. • Serve as the primary bridge between customers and IVIX, translating tax agency requirements and operational pain points into structured technical capabilities and measurable outcomes. • Provide tax domain leadership, resolving complex jurisdictional questions and guiding internal product development based on customer needs. • Own full end-to-end delivery cycles — from initial Proof of Value (POV) through deployment — managing timelines, milestones, and success criteria to ensure actionable results. • Represent the voice of the customer internally by collaborating closely with Product, R&D, Data Solutions, and Sales to drive long-term product improvements. • Partner with Sales leadership to identify renewal and expansion opportunities by clearly demonstrating ROI and leveraging client successes. • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, identify risks early, and mitigate friction points to ensure long-term client success.

• Lead and execute the end-to-end deployment, setup, and configuration of the IVIX platform in client environments, including both on-premise and SaaS models. • Serve as the primary escalation point for deep Level 2 technical support related to deployment, infrastructure, and environmental issues. • Collaborate with the Data Solutions team to ensure seamless data integration and configuration to support business intelligence insights. • Lead the technical enablement for pre- and post-sale activities, providing expert technical guidance during the POV stage through full enterprise deployment. • Provide technical expertise and input to Product and R&D teams to ensure deployment architecture and features align with client requirements and current workflows.
