You will be supporting our Data Standardization (DART) team where you will develop skills and knowledge around HCPs and apply your learnings to improve the quality of our data. This position will focus primarily on Data quality and governance tasks. You will: - standardize HCP data points - Utilize data sources to extract relevant data and pull into templates - Learn and stay updated with current guidelines and procedures for researching and collecting data - Collaborate with team members across India & US. ABOUT YOU You must be curious, motivated, show strong attention to detail and have an interest in developing their knowledge of the life sciences sector and the work we do to ultimately improve patient lives. REQUIREMENTS - Excellent Communication skills - Graduate or Postgraduate preferably in the life sciences domain with demonstrated 0-6 months’ experience in the secondary research industry. - Manage to work independently as well as within a team. - Knows when to ask for assistance or seek clarification, and when to act independently. - Good written and verbal communication - Skill - proficient in Microsoft office - excel, word. - Good to have - basic understanding of sql - Accepts and responds to feedback.
