• Work directly with students via in-house technology and Zoom to help them improve their applications, prepare for interviews, MCAT, OSCE, etc. • Review and critique application documents and provide feedback to help students improve their applications. • Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to help students improve their interview performance. • Help students prepare for the MCAT and OSCE.
Job Requirements
- Hold an MD or DO degree, are a Resident, Fellow, or are a practicing or non-practicing MD or DO.
- Reside in the United States or Canada.
- Can commit to work a minimum of 5-10 hours a week.
- Bonus if you can conduct same day services or within 12 hour notice periods.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and participate in self-directed learning.
- Possess tech-savviness.
- Do not work for other test prep companies.
- Seek a long-term role, not a short-term gig.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, verbal & communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, showing a strong work ethic and managerial attitude.
- Handle sensitive information with utmost integrity and confidentiality.
- Maintain a quiet, distraction-free private room with a door and access to an ergonomic setup and high-speed internet (minimum download speed of 40 Mbps).
