Role Overview As our Recruitment Administrator, you’ll be an essential part of keeping our recruitment process smooth and efficient. You’ll ensure candidates have a great experience, new starters feel welcomed, and our recruitment systems are always up to date. You’ll also play a role in showcasing our company culture on social media, helping us attract the right people to Better. Key Responsibilities: - Screen candidates and identify the best fit for each role - Schedule and organise interviews efficiently - Send onboarding paperwork and track completion - Support a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new starters - Assist with posting content on social media to highlight company culture - Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and systems - Help create a positive and professional candidate experience throughout
