Overview: We are seeking a Sr. CRM Marketing Analyst to support performance measurement, reporting, and optimization across email, push, and in‑app messaging programs. This role focuses on analyzing lifecycle campaigns, quantifying incremental lift, and delivering actionable insights that drive subscription growth and retention. The analyst will take ownership of high‑impact analytical initiatives, build and maintain automated dashboards, and strengthen testing and measurement frameworks across a large‑scale CRM program within a subscription or SVOD‑style business. What Makes Someone Successful in This Role - 5+ years of analytics experience, including 3+ years focused on CRM or lifecycle marketing analytics - Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for both technical and non‑technical audiences - High attention to detail and comfort operating within well‑structured analytical and reporting processes - Ability to ramp quickly in a fast‑moving, high‑volume environment - Collaborative, proactive mindset with strong analytical curiosity - Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau) Additional Skills & Qualifications: - Experience working with marketing automation platforms such as Braze, including segmentation logic, data structures, and performance reporting - Familiarity with data pipeline scheduling tools (e.g., Airflow or similar) - Experience with dbt for data modeling and transformation - Python for data modeling, analysis, or predictive analytics (preferred) - Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
