• Build and maintain monthly posting calendars across IG, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts. • Create & maintain a Pinterest moodboard as a shared inspiration hub for other creators. • Film, edit, and post original content at high velocity (e.g. ~5x/week IG, ~10x/week TikTok). • Handle inbound UGC/affiliate/influencer collab requests, routing them into paid/organic programs. • Manage creator relationships, content collaborations, and paid partnerships across all brands. • Source and vet creators aligned with brand voice and goals. • Negotiate deliverables and fees, and oversee campaign execution from outreach through content delivery. • Follow top TikTok/Instagram strategists and official platform accounts to anticipate changes. • Daily engagement: comments, DMs, collabs, social listening. • Track growth, engagement, conversions, and share-of-voice.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of social media management — either for a D2C brand or for a personal account grown as a creator.
- Strong portfolio of short-form content you’ve shot + edited yourself.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, social-native first.
- Strong understanding of TikTok/IG algorithms and growth mechanics.
- Organized, proactive, highly collaborative.
- AI-first mindset: fluent with tools like Claude (with MCPs), MidJourney, Runway, Higgsfield, Gumloop.
- Comfortable being on-camera as needed.
- Ability to have some overlap with US time zone (some flexibility offered)
