Role Description You are a true-blue Sales Recruiter and in this position, you’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with our go-to-market leaders and directly support Absorb’s growth! Ideally, you'll have experience with SaaS recruiting and can analyze data to identify key talent acquisition metrics. What you'll be doing: - Build and nurture pipelines of candidates, focusing on SDR/BDR, Account Management, Sales Executive, and Account Executive roles. - Utilize your established headhunting strategies and talent pipeline to target top candidates for harder-to-fill roles. - Embrace and continuously experiment with AI in Talent Acquisition to drive efficiency and evolve how we attract and hire top talent. - Act as an external Brand Ambassador to ensure proactive development of talent pipelines. - Represent Absorb on Social Media Channels for Employer Branding and Talent Attraction. - Work with leaders to develop strategies for comprehensive interview assessments. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment-related programs, policies, and recruitment best practices. Qualifications - 5-7+ years of recruitment experience with 2+ years of full cycle talent acquisition experience recruiting for Sales and go-to-market roles. - Post-secondary degree or diploma, preferably with a focus on Business/Human Resources or work-related experience in Talent Acquisition. - Solid experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter for direct sourcing passive candidates. - Demonstrated experience partnering closely with business leaders to develop strong relationships and deliver an elevated candidate experience. - Experience in compensation evaluations and negotiations; international recruiting experience is an asset. - Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and experience leveraging technology to create effective processes and metrics; experience with Ashby (ATS) is a strong asset.
