Role Description The Oracle EBS Test Lead leads and coordinates our testing programs, supervising a team of test specialists across concurrent release cycles. Translates complex program requirements into test strategies and executable plans, manages test readiness reviews, and maintains the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP). Serves as the primary point of accountability for test program outcomes, assessing system performance against requirements, reporting results to program leadership, and ensuring compliance with DoD and federal testing standards including JITC interoperability certification. May also be responsible for test case execution, IV&V testing and automated test script strategy and execution across the program. Essential Functions & Responsibilities - Directs and oversees all software testing activities, including integration, regression, acceptance, performance, and end-to-end testing across Oracle EBS R12.2 modules including monthly production, accelerated SCR, emergency, and stabilization releases. - Develops and maintains comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and traceability matrices aligned with SAFe Agile and DevOps methodologies. - Supervises and mentors a team of testing specialists, assigning workload, reviewing test results, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. - Manage test configuration control using MicroFocus ALM, Serena Dimensions, OATS, OTM, and OLM, ensuring version control, traceability, and reporting integrity across concurrent release cycles. - Translates business and functional requirements into testable objectives, acceptance criteria, and measurable test scenarios. - Manages defect lifecycle tracking, risk-based test prioritization, and go/no-go release recommendations. - Performs hands-on test execution as needed to support peak testing cycles, critical releases, or staffing gaps, ensuring continuity of test coverage. - Understands customer business objectives and assists with aligning the deliverables accordingly. - Ensures compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements. - Adhere to all certified processes as part of the organization’s commitment to quality and information security, including protection of sensitive information. - Travel to client sites as needed, up to 20%, depending on client requirements. - Perform other related tasks as assigned. Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in software testing and test management. - 5 years of Oracle EBS R12.2 platform experience. - Experience in computer software development and testing software applications, including system testing, regression testing, acceptance testing, end-to-end testing, performance testing, and automated testing. - Experience in an Agile environment. Knowledge of System Operations, Engineering, and DevOps integration. - Must have detailed familiarity with commercial test environments and operating procedures. - Experience developing and maintaining test cases using designated automated testing tools. - Experience supervising a team of test specialists and managing complex, state-of-the-art test programs. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality. - Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. - Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements, technologies, and business needs. - Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust Government Clearance prior to hire date. Compensation In accordance with pay transparency law, the expected salary range for this position is $110,000 – $130,000 annually. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
