Your role in this mission: We're seeking an experienced German-speaking Account Manager to own renewals and drive expansion revenue across our existing customer base in the DACH market. 🎯 What you will do - Renewals: Own all renewal discussions end-to-end, ensuring packages are renewed on time with no revenue leakage. - Expansion: Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the entire portfolio, working closely with CS on adoption signals and with Sales. - Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a clear expansion pipeline with accurate forecasting and a defined next step for every opportunity. - Commercial Negotiation: Lead post-contract commercial discussions including package upgrades and contract amendments. - CS Collaboration: Partner daily with CSMs - use adoption data and health scores to prioritize and time expansion conversations. - Reporting: Track and report on NRR, renewal rates, and expansion pipeline using our CRM (HubSpot). ⭐ What you need to succeed - You bring 2-3 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a commercial Customer Success role in B2B SaaS, ideally with exposure to the DACH market and its dynamics. - High proficiency in both German and English. - Proven track record of owning renewals and/or upsell targets and consistently hitting or exceeding them. - Strong commercial instincts - you understand deal timing, negotiation levers, and pipeline hygiene. - You thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
