Für folgende Themen bekommst du die Verantwortung - Einweisung von Anwendern an unseren high-end medizintechnischen Systemen (CT) laut Medizinproduktegesetz - Erarbeitung von individuellen Trainingskonzepten sowie Erstellung von zusätzlichen Trainingsmaterialien zur Sicherstellung einer optimalen Nutzung unserer innovativen Produkte - Erstellung von Untersuchungsprotokollen und Workflows in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden - Kompetente Beratung von Kunden über weitere Trainingsangebote und Produkte - Unterstützung der Sales-Aktivitäten durch Produktpräsentationen bei Kongressen, Symposien und in der Pre-Sales-Phase - Zusätzliche Unterstützung unserer Kunden durch die Verwendung einer Remote-Applikation - Zusammenarbeit mit der Business Unit und Unterstützung durch Tests unserer neuen Produkte Du bist Teil von unserem Applikationsteam Imaging Systems (IS). Gemeinsam tragen wir dafür Sorge, dass Anwender:innen unserer medizintechnischen Systeme und Lösungen in Deutschland bestmöglich ausgebildet sind. Unsere Hauptaufgabe besteht in der Durchführung von Basis-, Follow-Up-Kursen, sowie individuellen Trainings vor Ort oder remote. Um in dieser Position erfolgreich zu sein, benötigst du folgende Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinisch-technische Radiologieassistenz (MTRA) mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (gern als leitende:r MTRA oder Fach-MTRA) - Medizinisch-technische und klinische Kenntnisse - Umfassende CT-Erfahrung in der klinischen Routine - Erfahrung in und Freude an der Durchführung von Einweisungen oder Trainings von Vorteil - Kommunikationsstärke und gute Moderationsfähigkeiten - Reiselust deutschlandweit - Gute Englisch- sowie verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Über Philips Als Unternehmen für Gesundheitstechnologie steht für Philips das Wohl aller an erster Stelle. In this role you will be a vital part of Medius’ Professional Services team when working with our most high-profile customers globally. Your key responsibilities will be to guide our customers in their automation journey, helping them improve the efficiency in workflow processes related to the Medius suite of products. What experience are we looking for? - Prior experience of cloud-based/SaaS IT systems - Prior experience in Spend management, Source-to-Pay/Purchase-to-Pay - Structured work approach and good communication skills - The ability to manage several parallel tasks with good quality and control - Prior experience of working as a consultant or in accounting The following experiences are preferred - Previous experience working with Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX/Finance & Operations, Dynamics NAV/Business Central, or Infor M3. - Previous Project Management experience a plus. - Experience with handling numerous projects simultaneously, with varied timelines, and managing multiple deliverables. - Bachelor of Science or higher degree. The estimated base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $94,000 USD, which represents a good-faith estimate of the compensation for this position. Compensation may vary for roles performed in different locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
