Job Description

Implementation Customer Success Analyst – PwD

Omie

• Deliver 4 to 5 online training sessions per day for clients with different profiles, ensuring the implementation of 15–20 clients per month. • Conduct structured onboarding for new clients, from the initial diagnosis through system activation. • Map client processes to ensure alignment with the ERP and with management best practices. • Provide guidance and consultative support for initial platform parameterization and configuration. • Design and deliver training for different user profiles, ensuring clarity, effective teaching and user autonomy in using the system features. • Create and maintain implementation schedules, leading trainings and alignment meetings with clients. • Identify risks, bottlenecks and dependencies, proposing course corrections and practical solutions to keep the project progressing. • Record all stages, decisions, progress and next steps in the CRM to ensure traceability and delivery quality. • Monitor activation, engagement and customer success metrics, taking data-driven actions to secure the "first value" for the client. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Support and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of the customer journey. • Collect structured feedback on the customer experience and contribute to continuous improvements in implementation processes.

Job Requirements

  • University degree completed or in progress, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or Information Technology-related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of administrative and financial processes (Accounts Payable/Receivable, invoicing, cash flow).
  • Experience in Customer Success with implementation of complex B2B software, preferably ERP, POS and related systems.
  • Ability to deliver trainings and communicate didactically with users at different levels of maturity.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients, keeping the CRM up to date, recording follow-ups and scheduling subsequent trainings.
  • Ability to run projects with defined timelines, follow-up rituals and scope control.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret implementation metrics and indicators.
  • Strong organization, discipline and ability to produce structured documentation.
  • Proactive, collaborative profile with a results-oriented mindset.
