• Develop and maintain positive, effective relationships with internal and external customers and serve as the contracting liaison between contracted Payors and providers. • Conduct contract analysis and negotiations with Payors on behalf of providers including rates, payment methodologies, contract language and value- based payment programs in accordance with internal control processes for contract review, approval and signature. • Participate in Payor reimbursement analysis that can be routinely updated and maintained as a baseline for strategies to maximize health plan reimbursement. • Research and make recommendations to executive leadership in regard to payor contracting opportunities in new and existing geographic service area. • Ensure compliance in all business and contractual relationships • Identify and communicate trends and/or potential issues to management team. • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Partner with the CSMO to design and continuously refine PROCEPT’s annual and long-range strategic planning processes • Establish a consistent operating cadence (e.g., planning cycles, business reviews, executive checkpoints) that connects strategy to execution • Develop practical frameworks to support: Market and opportunity prioritization, Investment and resource allocation decisions, Tracking of strategic initiatives and outcomes • Partner with the CMSO, CFO, and CPO to weave strategic planning with enterprise talent planning processes • Synthesize inputs from across Product, Commercial, Clinical, and International teams into a clear, aligned global strategy • Support executive discussions on key strategic questions, including market expansion, portfolio evolution, and capability building • Help translate strategic direction into a focused set of enterprise priorities with defined success metrics • Identify risks or gaps in execution and help facilitate timely resolution • Partner with Commercial and International leaders to shape global market expansion strategy, including prioritization and sequencing of market entry • Provide structured perspectives on market dynamics, access considerations, and investment trade-offs to inform decision-making • Lead or support a select set of high-priority, cross-functional initiatives, particularly those that benefit from centralized coordination • Ensure initiatives are well-scoped, appropriately resourced, and aligned with broader enterprise objectives • Contribute to evaluation of partnerships, licensing, and M&A opportunities, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities • Bring an external lens on market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities • Support development of executive and Board-level strategy materials

• Oversee planning, execution, and closeout of multiple construction projects running concurrently across different geographic locations. • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules that account for resource dependencies and priorities across the portfolio. • Manage project budgets ranging from pre-construction through final accounting, including change order administration and cost forecasting. • Coordinate with design teams, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment on project specifications, standards, and timelines. • Establish and enforce quality control processes and safety protocols consistent across all sites. • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues early, and ensure compliance with plans and specifications. • Lead cross-functional project teams including assistant project managers, site supervisors, and administrative staff. • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, providing regular status updates and managing expectations. • Negotiate contracts and resolve disputes with contractors and vendors. • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact schedule, cost, or quality across the portfolio.
