Director, PDS Projects

• Oversee planning, execution, and closeout of multiple construction projects running concurrently across different geographic locations. • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules that account for resource dependencies and priorities across the portfolio. • Manage project budgets ranging from pre-construction through final accounting, including change order administration and cost forecasting. • Coordinate with design teams, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment on project specifications, standards, and timelines. • Establish and enforce quality control processes and safety protocols consistent across all sites. • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues early, and ensure compliance with plans and specifications. • Lead cross-functional project teams including assistant project managers, site supervisors, and administrative staff. • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, providing regular status updates and managing expectations. • Negotiate contracts and resolve disputes with contractors and vendors. • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact schedule, cost, or quality across the portfolio.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of construction project management experience
- 3+ years managing multiple concurrent projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
- Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel regularly between project sites
