Regional Director, Global Accounts
Convergint
• Build relationships with Regional Vice President(s), General Managers, Sales Leaders and AE's within Region to support Global and Enterprise Account growth in assigned Region. • Grow the Global & Enterprise business within assigned Region by 25% Year over Year but working with leadership in Region to identify and pursue Global & Enterprise Account business. • Develop Strategic Account Plans with local AE's for Global & Enterprise Accounts and create associated action plans. • Build relationships with existing customers and prospects to cultivate and identify new opportunities. • Assist Account Executives in preparation of proposals, presentations and RFP responses. • Conduct on the job training for Account Executives to manage and grow an account within the strategic market. • Provide feedback to senior management regarding performance. • Managerial responsibilities include but are not limited to: mentoring, coaching and developing colleagues; planning, assigning and directing work; and performance management. • Collaborate with Global Elite Partners to target new business and support Global & Enterprise Account growth within the existing customer base. • Support and promote Convergint's strategic focus on Saas and services-based offerings. • Collaboration with Global Account counterparts in LATAM, EMEA and APAC.
Job Requirements
- College degree, trade school or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10+ years sales leadership or equivalent
- 10+ years of proven solution sales (preferred, but not required)
