• Define and lead a global attribution strategy for manufacturer and private label items across digital and offline touchpoints. • Own attribution as a data product: roadmap, requirements, success metrics and adoption • Partner with data science, product management and engineering to design and implement robust attribution models • Work closely with marketing, sales, finance, and manufacturer partners to align on measurement needs • Establish global frameworks, documentation, and guardrails for attribution methodology

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8-12+ years of experience in attribution, measurement, analytics, or data product leadership
  • Deep expertise in multi-touch attribution, marketing measurement, or performance analytics at scale
  • Proven ability to lead ambiguous, high-impact transformation initiatives
