Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Pennsylvania Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide therapy services in a structured telehealth setting. This position focuses on helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and other mental health concerns through regular counseling sessions and goal-based treatment plans. The role combines direct client care, clinical judgment, and careful documentation, making it a strong fit for a counselor who values steady workflow and effective treatment. Responsibilities - Deliver remote counseling sessions using secure telehealth tools - Complete mental health assessments and intake evaluations - Create, monitor, and update treatment plans - Document client interactions and clinical progress in a timely manner - Teach coping tools and support clients through treatment goals - Identify clinical concerns that may require additional intervention - Maintain compliance with professional and ethical standards
Job Requirements
- Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
- Experience providing therapy to adults, teens, or diverse client populations
- Strong clinical assessment and case documentation skills
- Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic records

• Assist students and families with successful transition into the program • Follow up with students and families to ensure that they are staying on track and fulfilling the requirements of our school • Build relationships with students and families through email, phone calls, and in person when necessary • Proactively able to troubleshoot and problem solve student and family issues and understand the proper channels of communication • Work with Professional Learning Communities (PLC’s) to identify and help families access school and community resources • Assist with interventions around attendance and engagement concerns • Implement programs for students and families related to interpersonal adjustment issues • Participate in the development of crisis prevention and management plans for the school and serve as a key member of the Student Support Team (SST) • Report and refer critical incidents that jeopardize student well-being as obligated by law, administrative regulations, or ethical standards • Stay abreast of all state regulations relating to incident reporting and documentation • Deliver counseling curriculum through instruction in accordance with Utah state requirements and ASCA Model • Provide Wraparound Services by collaborating with outside stakeholders to ensure student success in the virtual learning environment • Section new students into courses in the Pearson Online Classroom and collaborate with elementary teachers and leadership teams • And other duties as assigned.
