Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Pennsylvania Setting: Remote/Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to deliver therapy services in a fully remote setting. The day-to-day work includes meeting with clients virtually, evaluating mental health needs, setting treatment goals, documenting sessions, and supporting long-term progress. This is a practical clinical role for someone who wants to focus on counseling, client outcomes, and consistent care delivery in a telehealth environment. Responsibilities - Conduct virtual therapy sessions for clients with a range of mental health concerns - Perform intake assessments and establish clinical goals - Create individualized treatment strategies and revise them as needed - Keep clear, organized, and compliant progress notes - Support clients with coping skills, emotional regulation, and behavior change - Recognize crisis situations and respond according to protocol - Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical and legal standards

• Assist students and families with successful transition into the program • Follow up with students and families to ensure that they are staying on track and fulfilling the requirements of our school • Build relationships with students and families through email, phone calls, and in person when necessary • Proactively able to troubleshoot and problem solve student and family issues and understand the proper channels of communication • Work with Professional Learning Communities (PLC’s) to identify and help families access school and community resources • Assist with interventions around attendance and engagement concerns • Implement programs for students and families related to interpersonal adjustment issues • Participate in the development of crisis prevention and management plans for the school and serve as a key member of the Student Support Team (SST) • Report and refer critical incidents that jeopardize student well-being as obligated by law, administrative regulations, or ethical standards • Stay abreast of all state regulations relating to incident reporting and documentation • Deliver counseling curriculum through instruction in accordance with Utah state requirements and ASCA Model • Provide Wraparound Services by collaborating with outside stakeholders to ensure student success in the virtual learning environment • Section new students into courses in the Pearson Online Classroom and collaborate with elementary teachers and leadership teams • And other duties as assigned.
