Job Requirements

  • Commercial or technical vocational training or a comparable university degree.
  • Previous practical experience in sales, account management or business development, ideally at a SaaS company.
  • You enjoy direct customer contact by phone, email or video calls and can excite customers to learn more about Leanr.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in presentations and presentation management / sales enablement.
  • Strong communication skills and a strong customer orientation.
  • Good analytical and implementation skills.
  • High team spirit as well as personal responsibility and flexibility.
  • Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned) Prospecting, researching, and identifying new domestic and global advertising revenue for AMPP publications, websites, and digital products through innovative, strategic and consultative selling, by meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals. Achieving monthly revenue goals by presenting advertising solutions and driving sales across multiple platforms to prospects and advertisers and their agencies at all hierarchical levels. Prospecting for new business and maintaining existing relationships with clients through calls and personal contact at industry events and client visits with documented results being maintained in sales contact management system designated by publishing group. Building a comprehensive sales strategy by identifying customers’ needs based on their marketing goals and objectives to grow new and existing revenue streams designed to promote industry related products and services to AMPP audience. Developing and actively working a monthly prospect list, identifying sales opportunities, following established processes, and actively working to convert prospect to customer. All notes, activity, meetings, and calls are to be documented in established contact management system designated by publishing group. Partnering with publishing and other AMPP departments by developing impactful brand building strategies to grow the AMPP brand beyond current industry. Developing and maintaining communications in an effective and professional manner with all levels of AMPP staff, members, and customers to ensure a positive corporate image, teamwork and attainment of AMPP goals.
